Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

You will design UK-hosted infrastructure, deploy products to cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped environments, and support them throughout operation. You will improve developer tooling, own CI/CD and deployment strategies, debug distributed systems, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of UK-hosted infrastructure
• Build and deploy products into cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped environments using infrastructure as code
• Host UK-approved AI models in secure programmes
• Improve developer tooling and effectiveness
• Own CI/CD systems and deployment strategies
• Support Hardware-in-the-Loop integration
• Debug distributed-system edge cases and lead incident responses
• Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying production infrastructure
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, containers, and microservices
• Python or Bash scripting experience
• Linux operating-system experience
• Ability to hold UK Security Clearance
