Senior Community Wellbeing Coordinator

Alongside managing a caseload supporting adults, children, young people and families, you will act as a Senior Community Wellbeing Coordinator within the team, supporting colleagues with complex cases, sharing best practice and helping to maintain high standards of service delivery.
