Senior Computer Vision Engineer

You will lead the design, development, and verification of high-performance autonomy solutions. You will prototype and deploy machine-learning algorithms, build foundations for behavior-specific model development, collaborate with perception and planning engineers, translate requirements into technical solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, evaluate, refine, and deploy machine-learning algorithms for defense use cases
• Build software and infrastructure foundations for behavior-specific machine-learning development
• Collaborate with perception and planning engineers
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions
• Train and mentor junior engineers
• Apply emerging technologies and best practices to product development

Requirements

• Experience developing autonomous-vehicle solutions for aerospace and defense
• Experience with the end-to-end deep-learning model development cycle
• Expertise in modeling, input pipelines, evaluation, deployment, and model optimization
• 5+ years of production software experience
• Fluency in C++, or Python fluency with intermediate C++ experience
• Ability to hold UK Security Clearance
