Job Title: Senior Contracts Officer - Interim Location: Swindon Rate: circa £25 - £30 per hour Contract Type: Interim Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week in the office

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Officer to join a Planned Maintenance team, supporting the Senior Planned Surveyor.

This is not a repairs scheduling role — you will act as the scheduler for planned maintenance works, playing a key role in supporting the delivery of the planned maintenance programme.
