Senior Corporate Counsel — Governance & M&A

Cora Environment is seeking a hands-on Associate to support the Head of Legal in overseeing the Group's corporate secretarial, governance and legal matters in Singapore.

You will work closely with senior management, business units and external advisers, managing matters independently with sound commercial judgement.

The role offers broad exposure to governance, commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects.
