Senior Customer Data Engineer

Shape customer data foundations with identity resolution, customer modelling, and Braze integrations as a Senior Data Engineer. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

This senior position connects CRM, marketing, and digital-product sources into usable data solutions. You will model customer data, build activation pipelines, define migration structures, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for integrations and reporting layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model customer identities across source platforms
• Activate data through Braze and related platforms
• Audit Salesforce, Sailthru, CRM, and marketing systems
• Plan historical data migrations and backfills
• Recommend data foundations for apps, games, and web products

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant data engineering experience
• Experience with customer modelling and identity resolution
• Integration experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Sailthru
• Data migration experience including mapping and target structures
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
