ElevenLabs is seeking a senior Customer Success professional to own a defined book of business across Southern Europe.
You will work remotely in Spain or Italy, with the option to be based in Madrid, driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sell while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Product and Marketing.
You will onboard, enable and grow across our platform, including core speech models and AI agents, analyzing usage data to pre-empt issues and optimize adoption.
