Senior Data Analytics Engineer

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a data engineering role
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and .NET/C#
• Strong understanding of database design for transactional (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) systems
• Proficiency with Azure Databricks and PySpark is desirable
• Previous experience building and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in Azure is desirable
• Previous technical experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Own the data architecture of applications from design through delivery
• Build solutions using Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, .NET/C#, and Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
• Work across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, and end-user training

We are recruiting a Senior Data Analytics Engineer for a well-established software consultancy, based in Dublin. This is an initial six-month contract with hybrid working and a strong day rate.
