Swoop is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to own NimbleRx’s critical data platform. This role combines production and data engineering, focusing on building reliable data pipelines that enable various teams to move faster. The position requires technical expertise and a commitment to improving patient outcomes in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Own the data platform end-to-end for ingestion, storage, and access
• • Build batch and streaming pipelines using PySpark, Kinesis, and EMR
• • Design and model data warehouse structures and SCD tables
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to create reliable data pipelines
• • Ensure security and compliance of data systems

Requirements:

• • 5+ years of experience with data pipelines
• • Proficient in Python (PySpark) and SQL
• • Knowledge of distributed compute and object storage
• • Experience with CI/CD practices and Terraform
• • Demonstrated collaborative skills across teams
