Senior Data Engineer Cloud Pipelines

Build cloud-based data pipelines at Ipsos using Python, SQL, and serverless technologies to process large-scale datasets. This role supports the Ipsos DataHub.

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on data engineering, you will expand and optimize pipeline architecture within Ipsos DataHub. You will design data solutions, develop warehouses, and assemble information from disparate sources. The work includes GCP services, AWS familiarity, AI/LLM workflow evaluation, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test cloud-based data pipelines
• Develop cost-optimal warehouses for complex datasets
• Ingest disparate data using Python and SQL
• Drive development-code migration into production
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and improve codebases

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of professional data engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL knowledge
• Hands-on GCP experience, including BigQuery and GCS
• Production experience designing large-scale data pipelines
