Senior Data Engineer - Paris - Hybrid

For a global leader in consumer healthcare, we are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a transformation project. This role will be instrumental in building a centralized, historized data platform that enables the business to measure and optimize the performance of approximately 300 brand websites globally.

You will take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of a strategic data platform within Databricks, integrating data from multiple digital and engagement-related sources.

The Role

• Design and build data models, pipelines, and semantic layers in Databricks.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Define architecture using Databricks, dbt, and Apache Airflow.
• Support data quality, testing, documentation, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Skills

• 7+ years in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Modelling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, historized models, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills and Agile experience.

Nice to Have

• Power BI, GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, RAG, digital analytics, or website data experience.
• French language skills
