Senior Design Systems Architect - Remote Latin America

Blacksmith Agency, a US-focused design firm, seeks a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built.

You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and components enabling a build pipeline to operate autonomously.

This is a senior, systems-first role—rapidly standing up new systems across multiple client brands with rigorous structure and precision.
