The Senior Director, Program Without Walls leads all aspects of PWW, including Pathfinders and Wayfinders.

This includes program quality, participant needs, staff leadership, clinical decisions and OPWDD compliance.

The Senior Director is responsible for the program as a whole, regardless of how staffing and management

are structured.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has already managed a large or comparably complex OPWDD program.
