Description
Bikini Hotel Es Trenc in Mallorca seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead a 35 person team and own the day-to-day operations across restaurant and bar outlets.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and supervisors to ensure top service standards and seamless collaboration with hotel operations.
Responsibilities
include staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing Bikini and NENI concepts.
A hands-on leader who can drive profitability and guest satisfaction is essential.
