Senior Full-Stack Developer House Commons

Lead full-stack development for the House of Commons, using modern web technologies, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms in a bilingual environment.

The Senior Full-Stack Developer designs, develops, integrates, and continuously improves digital products and services. You will contribute across requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The work includes scalable, user-centred solutions supporting parliamentary business and digital service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex digital products
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers

Requirements:

• Related college or technical institute graduation, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise software solutions
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases and data modelling
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual English and French; position linguistic profile is BBB
