The Senior Full Stack Developer will join an international agile team building applications used by internal teams and external customers.

Job Summary

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable, and maintainable applications, with a strong focus on Java and Angular development.

The role covers the full software lifecycle, from clarifying requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing application support.

Key Performance Objectives

1. Translate business needs into clear technical solutions

Typical tasks include clarifying and qualifying business and technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and team members, and contributing to technical studies before project launch.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will help establish a shared understanding of the required functionality and design solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards.

2. Build secure, scalable, and maintainable applications

Typical tasks include designing and developing backend services and frontend functionality using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.

The developer will deliver production-ready applications that meet agreed requirements and follow development, data, and security standards.

3. Deliver effective integrations and reliable data flows

Typical tasks include developing integrations using HTTP/REST, SOAP, and Kafka; working with Oracle SQL and Redis; and supporting software package integration and configuration.

The developer will ensure that application components and connected systems exchange data reliably and support the required business processes.

4. Improve existing code and verify software quality

Typical tasks include optimizing existing code, improving maintainability, creating or implementing testing strategies, and resolving issues identified during testing.

The developer will help ensure that new functionality and changes work as intended and maintain the quality of existing applications.

5. Support reliable deployment across environments

Typical tasks include supporting deployment tooling, working with automated delivery pipelines, and using technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes.

The developer will contribute to consistent, repeatable releases and help resolve integration, configuration, and deployment issues across environments.

6. Maintain application reliability and service continuity

Typical tasks include providing application support, investigating technical issues, implementing fixes, and collaborating with relevant teams to restore functionality when problems occur.

The developer will support stable application operation and help maintain continuity for internal users and external customers.

7. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to team improvement

Typical tasks include creating and updating technical documentation, sharing development best practices, and continuously developing technical expertise.

The developer will make applications easier to understand and maintain, support collaboration across functions, and contribute to improvements in the team’s engineering and delivery practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, Redis, REST services, and Kafka.
• Good knowledge of Git, automated delivery pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps-oriented environments.
• Ability to design, develop, test, document, and support high-quality software solutions.
• Understanding of secure development practices and OWASP principles.
• English proficiency sufficient for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability.
• A collaborative approach, focus on delivery, and willingness to share knowledge and support change.
