Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region.

The role is customer-facing and requires deep technical credibility, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will own the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution, qualify needs, present tailored solutions, and build a scalable pipeline while meeting targets.
