Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Human Factors Test Engineer to join the Integration Test & Analysis Team within the Flight & Integration Test Centre.
You will drive evaluation of avionics and mission systems across simulators, rigs, and flight campaigns.
The role requires 5 years in human factors testing, strong knowledge of workload, SA, HMI and usability, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to test sites such as Seville or Manching.
