Role Overview

CBTS is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain enterprise access control, federation, and privileged access management (PAM) solutions for commercial clients across Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and CyberArk PAM.
• Configure SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Automate identity lifecycle provisioning and deprovisioning via PowerShell and REST APIs.
• Support client compliance audits (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and enforce zero-trust security postures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Identity & Access Management engineering experience.
• Proven implementation experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or CyberArk.
• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator).
