Summary: The role of a Senior IT Analyst focuses on leading comprehensive analyses for complex card transformation initiatives. It aims to translate business objectives into actionable requirements, ensuring proper alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analysis across complex card transformation initiatives, translating business objectives into clear, prioritized, and implementable requirements.
• Own the requirements quality and traceability from initial discovery to post-implementation validation.
• Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders across various domains.
• Perform current-state and target-state analyses of processes and systems.
• Contribute to target solution design while ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Define acceptance criteria and support various testing and validation efforts.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps early in the analysis process.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline requirements analysis and documentation.
• Propose AI-enabled improvements to analysis and delivery practices.
• Provide analytical excellence and share methods to enhance team quality and delivery.
