Description

Novartis España is seeking an Associate Director - IT Project Manager, Protective Security in Barcelona.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex security IT projects, aligning Physical Protective Security with enterprise IT architecture and governance frameworks.

You will lead global rollouts, manage external vendors and contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across multi-country deployments while communicating at executive level in English.
