Senior IT Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Senior IT Project Manager on a consultancy mission at a client site within the Transport Solutions department of a major IT division. You will be responsible for defining and executing various key projects, collaborating with relevant expertise teams on a portfolio of critical applications that support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and manage priority projects involving functional, technical, and organizational changes based on business needs.
• Define and implement project governance considering existing practices and processes.
• Coordinate execution teams in collaboration with project team leaders and run teams, or external suppliers.
• Lead the development of specifications and calls for tenders as necessary, prepare service or material orders.
• Drive change, ensure reporting and communication.
• Manage budgets.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in managing complex and cross-functional IT projects.
• Experience in a multi-stakeholder environment (Business & IT).
• Experience in budget management and supplier contract negotiation.
• Ability to lead projects in modernization or migration contexts.
• Strong understanding of application integration challenges.
• Excellent communication, structuring, and decision-making skills.

Language Proficiency:

• French and Dutch: excellent
• English: good
