Senior Java Backend AI Developer

This Senior Java Developer position centers on robust architecture, feature development, and production REST APIs. Java and Spring Boot account for approximately 80–90% of the work, while React and TypeScript support the remaining delivery. Agilno builds digital products for product-led North American companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build stable REST APIs for web, mobile, and Office platforms
• Connect document workflows with searches, chat assistants, and insights
• Manage access permissions, notifications, and real-time synchronization
• Use AI tools for code, tests, and internal workflow automation
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and developers on secure features

Requirements:

• Three or more years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on Spring Boot REST API development experience
• Familiarity with LLM integrations or AI coding assistants
• Understanding of Git, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English
• Use Java, Spring Boot, AI tooling, and API engineering to advance Agilno’s document-centered product capabilities.
