Senior Java Backend Developer

Design scalable Java backend systems with Apache Spark and Spring Boot as a Senior Developer focused on secure, high-performance engineering.

This senior backend position requires more than seven years of professional software development experience. You will build microservices, distributed data pipelines, and secure RESTful APIs. The work also includes database optimization, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with frontend, product, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable Spring Boot microservices
• Architect and optimize Apache Spark data pipelines
• Develop secure, documented RESTful APIs
• Write complex SQL and NoSQL queries
• Lead reviews and mentor developers

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of backend software development experience
• Deep Java expertise including concurrency and memory management
• Extensive Spring Boot, MVC, Security, and Data experience
• Production Apache Spark pipeline development experience
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra knowledge
