Senior Java DevOps Engineer

Build cloud services in Mississauga as a Senior Java DevOps Developer using Java, Spring, Angular, and OpenShift technologies. This six-month contract supports remote work initially.

Work with an innovative global bank as a senior developer creating web-based applications and platform technology solutions. Apply Java, Spring Framework, Docker, Angular, React, and OpenShift across enterprise-scale systems. Collaborate with stakeholders while promoting agile practices and developing reliable, scalable, maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web-based applications and cloud services
• Build applications using Angular, Java, Spring, and OpenShift
• Develop front-end interfaces with Angular and React
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders on technology solutions
• Research and implement platform technology improvements

Requirements:

• Five years of Java development experience
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Docker containers
• Experience with SOA, microservices, REST, and Kafka
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, SCSS, and HTML5
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
