Senior Java Engineer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation model dedicated to IT professionals, based on a B2B (business-to-business) contract model, delivering projects for leading clients running innovative and cutting-edge initiatives.

Currently, for our Client, one of the world's largest global banking and investment institutions, we are looking for a Senior Java Engineer.

• Location: 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw city center
• Rate: PLN 170-200 net/hour + VAT

• 7-10 years of commercial experience in IT development, particularly in Java software development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience working with tools supporting the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially GitLab.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including containerization and orchestration principles.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to code quality, detail, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to use modern AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude, and similar solutions.
