Senior Java Test Engineer – 12-Month Contract, Dublin

Requirements:

• Strong software development experience using Java
• Experience developing and consuming Java, Selenium WebDriver, RESTful services or Rest Assured, JSON, and XML
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming
• Strong automation testing experience using Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG or Spock, Spring Boot, and Java

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications and services
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test infrastructure
• Perform code reviews and help improve coding standards, performance, security, and reliability
• Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
• Analyze production issues and contribute to performance tuning and reliability
