Senior Legal Counsel, Energy Projects & SEA

Sembcorp is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support project development and management activities, compliance, and corporate work across SEA with focus on Indonesia and Vietnam.

You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, coordinate due diligence, and liaise with external counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a law degree with extensive PQE, strong experience in energy projects, and the ability to work independently across diverse markets.
