About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, service-minded and resilient Senior Manager, Customer Operations with a passion for people, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Operations EU, MENA & India, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, performance and delivery of our Netherlands-based Customer Operations team and work closely with other Customer Operations teams in other regions.
