Key
responsibilities
You advise clients on the complex accounting and financial reporting matters that shape their most important decisions, including: Subject matter expertise: Serve as the firm's subject matter expert for US GAAP reporting and US-related transactions, covering inbound and outbound deals as well as US filers.
US transaction hub: Build and lead a local hub for US transactions, working closely with CFGI Americas to capture cross-border synergies (e.g. in the Biotech market).
