We are currently looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for advanced technology products
* Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing documentation using Siemens NX
* Manage product data and engineering documentation in Teamcenter
* Support prototype builds, testing activities, and product validation collaborating with different suppliers
* Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or high-tech industries
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
* Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish
* Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
* Willingness to work on-site in the Western Uusimaa region
* Flexibility and willingness to travel within Southern Finland, particularly to supplier and manufacturing sites
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum process, precision equipment, or similar high-technology industries
* Familiarity with ASME and related industrial standards
