Description

Lubrizol in Montmeló (Barcelona) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality control and assurance activities across the site, ensuring compliant processes and robust lab practices.

You will manage calibration of lab equipment, drive root-cause investigations, develop methods, and collaborate with Operations, R&D, and suppliers to deliver safe, high-quality polymer products.

You will also coach the team, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement.
