Senior Principal Data Scientist — RL & LLM for Marketplaces

Grab is seeking a Senior Principal individual contributor to design autonomous, learning-driven marketplace systems.

You will work at the intersection of reinforcement learning, large language models, and large-scale production systems that power Grab’s Southeast Asia marketplaces.

You will develop RL systems for pricing, dispatching, and supply repositioning and architect LLM-based behavioural intelligence to predict and simulate user decisions at scale.
