Description
Genius AI is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of AI-native experiences that help service businesses automate their operations and grow. You will take ownership of new product opportunities, working end-to-end from concept to launch, and play a key role in shaping our roadmap as we expand into new markets and customer segments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own end-to-end product execution, taking new ideas from concept to launch with urgency and precision
- Design and ship AI-native experiences, including agentic teammates that perform real work for customers, and define what “agentic” means in your product area
- Shape the roadmap with bold, well-reasoned bets grounded in market insight, customer needs, and business impact
- Iterate quickly, analyze results, and pivot based on data
- Conduct deep market, competition, and customer pain point analysis to keep Genius AI ahead in new categories and segments
- Align Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics around ambitious goals and maintain high velocity
- Build scalable systems using AI to automate research synthesis, analysis, and delivery
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and learnings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at high-growth technology companies building multi-user or collaborative products, with a record of taking products from inception to launch
- Have shipped AI or ML-powered features or redesigned team processes around AI tooling, with a clear point of view on AI’s possibilities and proof of building with it
- Default to action, setting direction, shipping, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect information
- Possess strong product instincts, understanding user problems and business opportunities, and can define a vision for solving them
- Are fluent in technical and design conversations and comfortable working closely with engineers and designers
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and champion experimentation across your team
- Have genuine empathy for small business owners and a drive to deeply understand their needs
Total Compensation
Competitive salary and benefits.
Additional benefits include:
- Comprehensive health and dental insurance options, effective on your first day
- Flexible PTO
- In-office lunch twice per week for NYC and SF employees, plus late night dinner stipends
- Access to Wellhub for discounted gym memberships, fitness classes, and mental health resources
- Annual stipend for professional development and continued learning
- $5,000 bonus for high performers at 5 years of service
- 401k benefit, eligible to contribute from day 1
- Dependent Care FSA
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody
Genius AI is committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
