Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of software products
• Shape technical architecture and influence engineering decisions
• Work across backend, data processing and complex financial systems
• Drive adoption of AI/LLMs and modern engineering approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a product-focused environment

Key requirements

• Strong academic background with 2.1+ in STEM (Computer Science preferred)
• Senior or Principal level software engineering experience
• Python development with Django or FastAPI experience
• Ability to lead product concepts from inception to production
• Experience shaping architecture and influencing engineering decisions
• Product-focused mindset balancing new development with existing system improvements
• Comfort with AI/LLMs and applying them to products and workflows
• FinTech/financial services experience advantageous but not essential
