Genesys is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own the end-to-end quality strategy for batch analytics features across data pipelines and APIs. You will drive alignment with Product, Engineering, and UX, and design automated test frameworks to improve reliability and deployment confidence.
You will also influence architecture decisions for scalability and performance, while advancing test strategies and mentoring peers across global teams in a cloud-scale environment.
