Turner & Townsend Spain is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost Management division to support growth and delivery success across client projects in real estate sectors.
You will be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final accounts, and cost planning.
The role requires strong English and Spanish skills and a proven consultancy background.
