Ethos is seeking a senior customer success lead to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will own health-score related processes, craft quarterly business reviews, and develop escalation runbooks for executives and customers, all while maintaining high-quality documentation and clear written communication.
The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $70/hour.
