Vertex Energy is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager – Renewable Energy to lead the strategic transactions for solar PV and battery storage across Germany and Europe.

You will manage the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to closing, coordinating with internal finance, development, engineering, and legal teams as well as external advisors.
