Description

Grupo Oesía in Madrid is seeking a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to drive the design, development, validation and industrialization of AESA antennas for advanced radar and satellite programs.

You will lead end-to-end development of phased array systems across frequency bands and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong RF design and EM simulation experience with CST/HFSS/ADS, plus expertise in passive integration and ECSS-based workflows.
