Senior Ruby Rails React Developer

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will develop the core back-end SaaS application and integration engine. You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Development, and QA teams while addressing user use cases. The work emphasizes scalability, resilience, quality, and future platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems
• Implement APIs, background jobs, integrations, and accessible interfaces
• Maintain quality through unit testing and code reviews
• Improve performance and resolve root technical issues
• Mentor junior developers and guide implementation

Requirements:

• Proven fullstack development experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web frameworks
• Database experience and efficient SQL query writing
• External client API integration experience
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Git
