Perk is expanding in France and seeks a Senior Sales Leader to scale a 15-20 person sales team across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise.
You will define the go-to-market plan, refine ICP, boost pipeline conversion and coach leaders to win consistently.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Product and CS to improve lead flow and ensure accurate forecasting, with a strong emphasis on data-driven coaching and multi-product plays.
