Senior Salesforce Consultant

Requirements:

• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, ideally as a functional consultant
• Experience with data migration during a phased rollout, with users moving in waves
• Go-live and hypercare experience
• Experience leading delivery or running a workstream on a Salesforce implementation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Responsibilities:

• Test and run UAT as each phase is completed
• Configure Salesforce, including Flows, objects, permissions and reporting
• Migrate data and verify it has been transferred correctly
• Lead delivery of the remaining rollout
• Support each go-live and run hypercare afterwards

We are a Manchester-based business partway through a Salesforce migration, with around 250 users already migrated. We need a senior Salesforce Functional Consultant / Delivery Lead for the next six or more months to help complete the rollout. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a project or programme management position focused on oversight. The contract is Outside IR35, with hybrid working of two to three days a week in Manchester.
