Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Build secure Salesforce delivery platforms at ATB as a Senior DevOps Developer, using CI/CD automation and custom engineering tooling. This hybrid arrangement averages one onsite day weekly.

ATB is seeking an autonomous Senior Salesforce DevOps Developer to establish a centralized engineering practice. You will connect Salesforce development with release operations through Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX, and scripting. The work supports scalable environment management, reliable delivery, and proactive platform health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise Salesforce CI/CD workflows and automation pipelines
• Build custom tooling, scripts, and developer utilities
• Manage sandbox provisioning, refreshes, backups, and capacity
• Establish deployment guardrails, quality gates, and release strategies
• Monitor integrations, batch processing, storage, and system health

Requirements:

• Four or more years of software development experience
• Four or more years of Salesforce DevOps experience
• Strong Python, Bash, or Node.js scripting capabilities
• Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and SOQL expertise
• Experience with Git-based branching and Salesforce CI/CD tools
