Summary:

The position of Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect focuses on defining the technical strategy and leading complex solution designs for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and governance across an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Integration Architecture: Design governance for integrations between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms.

• Platform Architecture & Governance: Lead architectural evolution and enforce technical standards across ServiceNow.

• AI and Automation Strategy: Define the strategy for AI and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategies to leadership and technical teams.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 5+ years as a Lead or Senior ServiceNow Architect.

• Experience in designing ServiceNow platforms in large-scale, multi-vendor environments.

• Deep hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Experience chairing architectural governance forums.

• Micro-certifications in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, or ServiceNow AI capabilities.
