Description

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in Madrid to partner with the Product Owner and lead the evolution of the ServiceNow APM portfolio.

You will drive strategic initiatives, define data models, dashboards, and KPIs while ensuring governance, security, and architectural standards across a complex ServiceNow landscape.

With a strong background in APM, SOPM, SACM and enterprise IT, you will work with stakeholders and DevOps teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
