Senior SoC Architect: Low-Power Edge AI & Peripherals

Ambiq in Singapore is seeking a senior SoC architecture expert to guide the peripheral subsystems for power-efficient wearables and IoT devices.

You will own architecture definitions, off-die interfaces, and post-silicon validation, collaborating with RTL, physical design, FPGA, software, and marketing teams.

You will ensure low-power designs, define modes for USB/I2C/SPI, and drive architectural alignment across distributed teams.

BS in EE/CE/CS; 8 years in SoC/ASIC; MS/PhD preferred.
