Description
JOB DESCRIPTION To ensure the wellbeing of residents/tenants by supervising, maintaining and developing the standards of care and practice of Social Care Workers and to participate in direct care activities.
This will include providing extended personal care.
The post holder will also be required to assist the Unit Team Leader in the development of innovative and integrative services for residents.
