Our client Suffolk county council is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Children's Social care team.

Manage a complex social work caseload (currently averaging 40 cases) Make and implement autonomous professional decisions on cases involving high levels of complexity, risk, uncertainty, and challenge, with managerial oversight where required.
