Senior Software Developer - Team Lead

The engineering department:

• What you'll do
• Manage a team, as well as train and mentor juniors
• Plan, architect, design and develop web applications and services.
• Transform complex design and UX requirements into well-tuned applications
• Be a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional team and contribute to growing the skills and knowledge of your peers.
• Coordinate technical projects across teams within the firm.
• Facilitate the collaboration with other specialists, researchers, product owners, and designers to ensure we deliver the maximum value to our customers.
• Who you are
• You have strong computer science and programming fundamentals
• You are an experienced technical leader or at the verge of becoming one
• You have a deep understanding of user experience, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• You care about quality, details and you know what it means to ship high-quality code that is easy to maintain and extend.
• You have strong coding skills in at least one programming language, and a desire to pick up more. We work primarily in Typescript and Angular, but also Javascript, Golang, and Python.
• What you could work on
• Build the Front End Application for our sustainability data platforms and tools
• Data applications spanning financial and non-financial information to power the value-driven decision making of our customers
• The insights platform visualizes the state of the art research in finance and sustainability to enable both institutional and retail users
